Mason, Founder & President. Joe is a UNC graduate in chemistry with
over 30 years of chemical formulating and manufacturing experience.
His expertise lies in diagnosing, analyzing and solving difficult
problems through chemical solutions.
 Dr.
Babu Patel, Vice-president Operations. Babu holds B.S., M.S., and
Ph.D. degrees in chemistry with over 30 years of chemical
formulating and manufacturing experience. He oversees product
development, R & D, quality control and production.
 Alan
Burdick, National Sales Director. Alan holds 6 US patents and has
been involved with industrial sales for over 30 years. He is highly
qualified to determine needs and provide solutions accordingly.
 Tom
Davis, Technical Director. Also a graduate chemist from UNC, Tom is
responsible for research and development, new product formulation,
quality control, and is the ISO 9001-2000 corporate management rep.
He operates a state-of-the-art lab for research, testing and
analysis.
 Carolyn
Clapp, Office Manager. Carolyn is responsible for all administrative
activities as well as being the corporate IT director. She insures
that all personnel are focused on the IndusCo, Mission. Using the
latest in computer technology she insures the seamless logistics of
order processing.
 Pam
Eanes, Customer Service. Pam's motto is "the customer always comes
first". She has the responsibility of insuring that we maintain the
