INDEFOAM 705 An industrial strength silicone defoamer designed to instantly defoam in carpet cleaning machines and other areas where foam becomes a problem.  Much more effective than competitive defoamers.  Good for use in controlling foam in waste water treatment systems.

ANTISTAT 715 Antistat 715 is a very effective, versatile antistat for all synthetic fibers.   It may be applied directly on carpets, upholstery, etc.,   Antistat 715 will not contribute to the re-soiling or yellowing of fiber.  It is highly effective and economical to apply.  Antistat 715 will inhibit rusting of ferrous metals rather than promoting rust as many antistats do.  Available only in 55 gallon drums.

ENDURA FLOOR FINISH 203 A high solids (25%), metal interlock acrylic floor finish featuring outstanding gloss and wear characteristics.  It imparts a hard, durable, high luster finish with exceptional heel mark and slip resistance.  May be buffed or applied with no buffing.  Improved for ease of application, making this product veritably “goof proof”.

FLOOR SEALER 212 A true acrylic, 18% solids sealer.  Seals new and porous surfaces with one or two coats, allowing floor finish to quickly provide the highest gloss possible. 

MOP AND WAX 215 A labor saving combination floor cleaner and floor finish in one easy operation.  It may be spray buffed for even more brilliance of shine.  Excellent product for customers not owning floor buffing machines.

CRETESHIELD 229 A new generation floor sealer designed to penetrate and lock deeply into the pores of concrete floors.  Creteshield  229 is a unique acrylic sealer fortified with urethane.  Its urethane and acrylic polymer formula offers rugged durability and excellent chemical resistance in most industrial applications.  It does not require surface etching before application or re-coating.  It is quick drying, non-yellowing and nonflammable.  For use on concrete, terrazzo, quarry tile, slate, marble and other non-resilient masonry floors.

RESTORER 237 A floor finish restorer especially designed as a mop on restoration product for Endura Floor  Finish  244.  Used in conjunction with high speed electric or battery buffers, it will repair scuff marks and scratches and bring the shine back to its original brilliant luster.  Cut 3 to 1 with water, mop on floor, allow to dry, then buff.

MOP AND BUFF 240 Designed as a cleaner and restorer for High Speed Floor Finish 203.  Cut Mop and Buff 240 with water at a 1 to 15 ratio, and mop floor.  Floor will be cleaned and about 40% of the scratches, scuffs, etc. will have disappeared upon drying.  Buffing at 2,000 rpm will bring even the worst damaged floors back to a dazzling shine.

HIGH SPEED FLOOR FINISH 244 is the newest, toughest, longest lasting, and best shining finish available today for use with 2000 rpm propane buffers.  The “Wet Look” is achieved with the initial application, not after several buffings as with other typical high speed floor finishes.  High Speed Floor Finish 244 is formulated using the toughest and best shining polymer available to give it the long lasting “Wet Look” not previously attainable in high speed floor finishes; previously either shine or durability had to be compromised.  This exceptional finish reduces maintenance costs to a minimum while still providing the desired dazzling shine.  High Speed Floor Finish 244 may be dry buffed after wet mopping.

NON-AMMONIATED WAX STRIPPER AND RE-EMULSIFIER  506-BX A super high powered non-ammoniated “killer” stripper designed to melt away the toughest wax and sealer buildups.  Designed to do the job quickly on the first try.

DUST DOWN 905 Use this treatment to make real dust eaters out of dust cloths!  Spray on soft cloth, fold up and allow oil to spread evenly overnight.  Dust Down 905 may also be used to remove black marks from flooring before buffing or application of wax or finish.  Available only in 55 gallon drums.

FACILITIES CLEANERS FC-35 is a revolutionary new product for cleaning an extremely wide range of contaminants and surfaces effectively and safely with minimal deleterious effects on the environment.  A very mildly alkaline pH of 9.25 provides the safest effective product possible.  FC-35 contains neither caustics nor acids, yet replaces harsh alkaline cleaners in facilities cleaning with superior cleaning results as compared to its more dangerous competitors.  FC-35 is an aqueous based product containing absolutely no solvents or VOC’s.  FC-35 effectively removes dirt, grime, gasoline and diesel fuels, lubricants, machine oils, and silicones from nearly any surface with no harm to the surface cleaned.  FC-35 is extremely concentrated, thus making it highly cost effective since it is used at such large dilution ratios.  Since FC-35 works better and quicker than its harsher competitors, better cleaning results and valuable labor savings are achieved.

FACILITIES CLEANERS FX-35 is a super-duty, higher pH (12.5), solvent-fortified facilities cleaner designed to clean the very toughest, nastiest, greasiest, dirtiest facilities.  FX-35 may be used at a 35 to 1 water ratio in floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and a variety of other equipment.  FX-35 contains no petroleum, chlorinated or terpene solvents, or phosphates.
